Just Kids is back from summer vacation with an interesting collection of original signed music contracts.
Included are artists from the world of Pop, Doo Wop, Girl Groups, Rock, Vocals, Soul and more.
All contracts were drawn up by a company specializing in re-recording hit songs by known artists of the 50s and 60s. The songs were recorded and distributed on budget labels during the 70s. It was agreed that the artist would ...get a one time payment for exclusive rights to these recordings.
Contracts include the artist's social security number. This number is carefully blacked out in Photoshop on our end to protect any living artist's privacy. There are no marks on the contract itself.
