Overall a wonderful beautiful piece that will... display well.IMPORTANT: There are three main Buffalo Pottery Deldare lines - Regular Deldare, Emerald Deldare and Abino Ware. This item is "Regular Deldare" and should not be confused with the Emerald or the Abino lines.Characteristics of Buffalo Pottery - Deldare Art Ware.Deldare Art ware pottery is painted by hand by artisans almost 100 years ago in some cases. No 2 pieces are the same. The early firing may have glaze skips, bubbles, pin holes and uneven rims and bodies. On the bottom of various pieces you may see foundry or stilt marks that are made during the firing process. These are common characteristics of Buffalo Pottery and should not be considered as "defects" or "damage". I will list "damage" as breaks, chips, hairlines, fleabites, etc.
