Highly collectible example of handcrafted and hand-painted porcelain from the Oxford-based Isis Ceramics Pottery. The teacaddy / vase features Chinese-inspired blue and white decorations, including irises and lyrebirds. The base is inscribed with the painter's initials, R.A., and the date, '4.97', for April 1997.
Measurements (approx.): 5-5/8" x 4" x 3"
Condition: in beautiful estate condition, with very light crazin...g near the base. Please note that the original lid is missing and is not included.
Will look sensational in either a traditional or contemporary setting with a bouquet of flowers.
