Original 1970 War Queen Houston Blacklight Poster George Goode
Having listed my David Vaughan Buddha poster I have decided to sell my remaining posters from the psychedelic era as I just do not have any more wall space.
This is War Queen, one of a series of posters designed for the Houston Blacklight & Poster Dist. Co. by George Goode.
I cannot remember where I bought it but I used to buy posters in Indica Books; a shop in Camden whose name escapes me and there were a ...couple of shops around the Portobello Road area I used to like.
It is in amazingly good condition for its age - it does look almost new. It has been stored flat for years and has never been displayed. No pin holes, writing, sellotape, bits missing or other nasties.
It measures 85 cm by 54.5 cm.
I will post it with backing paper rolled in a strong tube.
I am always happy to combine postage where possible.
