OMG! This is such an adorable ceramic Nursery lamp, done in the Beatrix Potter style of "Jeremy Fisher". It is vintage, 1994 and in excellent condition, and very rare. I have not seen another. No chips, cracks or repairs. It stands 10-1/4" tall to the top of socket and the base is 6" wide. (Please note there is no shade) Jeremy (the frog in the story) is sitting on a lily pad with one foot in the water. Surrounding him are 2 fish poking their heads out of the water. He is holding his f...ish bait with a worm sticking out, and wearing his fish tackle box. The colors are all very muted and would fit in with any color scheme you may have. It takes a 60 watt or less bulb and works fine. The original sticker is on the bottom...see pics.
