Abraham Lincoln Signed Civil War Appointment 1862 General Carroll Potter . Condition is Used. But terrific condition. This was done in 1862 in March. And talks about appointing him assistant adjutant general of volunteers with the rank of captain. Also signed by Stanton and someone named Thomas . Excellent condition. Two small tiny hole at a fold Junction. The provenance is rock-solid we bought this from Colonel Potter's great great great grand niece. We have other things to sell as we...ll from Colonel Potter.
