Hello!!! Here we have a vintage battery operated tin, plastic and cloth toy Clown Made In Japan. His hand smacks the lighted ball and moves the spinning prop. Total Height 19" Clown himself 10'5". This Clown is in good condition ... minus the clothes and paint are a bit worn and the back switch looks like a piece broke off so you need a tool to turn it on. His working parts are his left hand and the lighted ball ... I'm not sure if his right arm is suppos...ed to move. Note: The batteries I tested him with were old so with new batteries he will work a lot better. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Thank you, Kate
