Vintage Fenton Turquoise Blue Milk Glass Hobnail Epergne Flower Vase, IMPERFECT. There is a chip on the base under one of the holes for the inserts, and one of the fluted pieces has a big chip on the base that makes it hard for it to stay put once inserted into the base, the chipped on fits into the chipped hole (both must have happened at the same time).
