This is a Beautiful Vintage Northwood Palisades Blue Opalescent Rose Bowl Whimsey. This pattern is also known as Lined Lattice. This beauty can be found featured on page 194 of The Standard Encyclopedia of Opalescent Glass. It measures 5" high. So much lovlier in person than I could capture in a photo!
