This auction is for a High Sierra Music Festival - July 3rd-6th, 2008 - Marq Spusta Poster Print.
This festival is held in Quincy CA just 17 miles from my house. I have seen other years but very few 2008 posters on eBay or anywhere else for that matter.
2008 was the year the growing festival featured one of it's finest line-ups of musical acts. These acts included - Bob Weir & RatDog, Gov't Mule, Buckethead, Keller Williams, The Mother Hips (Chico, Ca), Robbe...n Ford, Eric McFadden Trio, and many, many more (see photo for more bands).
Poster is in good shape, with average wear, and no pin holes or tears. Does have a couple of light creases at top right corner, but they are hard to spot, unless you are up close.
In my opinion this is one of Spusta's finest works, with hidden details in the trees, and a beautiful blue with bright orange an yellows. Poster is 13" x 18.5".
