The artist is an adept at portraying character through expressive lines and facial features. This painting is likely to be a study for a larger work. Well-presented in a landscape card mount, as shown in the photographs provided. Unsigned. On laid. ConditionIn very good condition overall. There are two diagonal creases across the lower right quadrant, however this does not obscure or damage the picture. Some surface dirt commensurate with its age.
