ANTIQUE CAST IRON BUTTERFLY DOOR KNOCKER
ANTIQUE DOOR KNOCKER BUTTERFLY CAST IRON OFFERED FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION IS A VINTAGE ANTIQUE CAST IRON BUTTERFLY DOOR KNOCKER. IT IS NOT MARKED, BUT I BELIEVE IT TO BE MADE BY WAVERLY STUDIOS AROUND THE MID 1920s. IT IS USED AND DOES SHOW SIGNIFICANT PAINT WEAR ESPECIALLY AROUND EDGES AS PICTURED AND HAS SOME PAINT MARKS. THE OVAL UNDER PLATE MEASURES 4" IN HEIGHT AND ALMOST 3" IN WIDTH AT WIDEST POINT. ...BUTTERFLY IS APPROXIMATELY 3.5" IN HEIGHT AND HAS A WING SPAN OF 3.25". GREAT ANTIQUE DOOR KNOCKER.
