Mason's Ironstone Pink Vista Teapot with Lid Up for auction is a vintage Mason's Teapot in the pink version of their famous "Vista" pattern.
It features a top handle and square body with fluted corners. It measures 9" to the top of the handle by 8" across the widest dimension.
Underside of the lid:
There is cha...racteristic glaze crazing on the lower portion along with some discoloration, darker on the inside, and also on the bottom where the mark is stamped.
NOTE: The darker "Y" line on the base seen below is not a crack.I filled the pot with hot water and let it sit for 2 hours and it did not leak.
Otherwise very nice vintage condition.
