CAMBRIDGE GLASS GOLDKRYSTOL APPLE BLOSSOM ETCH # 3400/91 CANDY DISH RELISH Thislovely 3 compartment relish or candy dish was made by the Cambridge GlassCompany, formerly of Cambridge, Ohio and is part of their # 3400 patternline. This piece is made in a lovely yellowor gold colored glass that Cambridge called “Gold Krystol” and is ahigh-quality piece of hand-made American made pressed glass. It is decorated with a decorative deep plateetching pattern that Cambridge call...ed “Apple Blossom”. I see no evidence of the Cambridge Glasstriangle C mark on this one. It is idealfor a candy dish, a relish dish or an accent piece. This piece has been in my personal collectionsince 1995.Thispiece was specifically designated as the # 3400/91 - 8” 3 Compartment 3 HandledRelish. This shape is pictured, with adifferent etching, on page 34-9 (1934) in the 1930 - THRU - 1934 CambridgeCatalog Reprint Book The CambridgeGlass Co. by The National Cambridge Collectors, Inc. The “Apple Blossom” etching is pictured onpages 1 through 9 (1930) of this same book. The piece is in excellent to mint originalcondition. Please look closely at thephotos as they are an important part of my description of this set. There are no chips, fleabites, cracks, hairlines or repairs to the glass. Thereis some extremely minor roughness to the top of one of the dividers; other thanthat, I don’t even see any visible evidence of use or wear. A beautiful piece in great condition!! Please keep in mind these photos can be blownup at least 8X-10X times normal, so anything you see will look 8X-10X timeslarger in the photos than it really is. Please note: if you see a dark spot in the photos it is frommy camera and is not a mark on the piece.
