1972 John Allmand 23 foot hard top cuddy cabin boat offshore fishing machine . Great condition. Turn key boat. Have fished all over the Florida keys, from the humps way off shore to the skinny water pushing with a push pole standing on top.
Has two saddle fuel tanks (one new, easy to change if ever needed, unlike ripping up the floor like most boats)
Motor runs like a beast, especially after I changed out the poppit valve. Many parts replaced and motor is so easy to wo...rk on and really isn’t that bad on fuel. Motor always maintenaned and always use straight 90 ethanol free fuel.
Many new parts. Could go on forever. Brand new VHF and 8 ft antenna. Brand new led navigation lights. Has giant Lenco trim tabs. Blue leds underwater. Custom GPS box with three 12 volt receptacles. New gps, new depth finder/gps, both units color and by Garmin. Custom gas shocks on windows to absorb shock. Many rod holders and two very sturdy ones in the back for down riggers!
No wood in this boat and built like a tank, look up John Allmand boats and you’ll see. Closed transom to keep everyone in and safe.
Trailer is all aluminum and is extra long so your truck tires never get wet. Has torsion axles. Is float on instead of rollers. Has brand new heavy duty tinned wires going to new LED lights and has surge brakes with stainless brakes on both axles.
Don’t want to sell, but wife wants a bigger boat. Perfect boat for fishing or cruising. Always gets compliments.
Hardtop always has shade too, unlike t-tops of center consoles.
