These are beautiful condition WWI Aviator goggles with what appear to be Triplex lenses. See page 136 of the fine book by Mick Prodger on antique flight gear "Vintage flying helmets-Aviation headgear before the jet age" These appear to be English Mk-II goggles and are clearly marked made in England. The glass lenses are undamaged but appear to have the beginning of some minor separation to the laminated glass when closely examined in bright light. Head band is intact and tight on both ...sides but is stretched out a bit and shows its over 100 years of age. Buyer to pay 10.00 for USA and 20.00 overseas shipping.
