Scarce document signed in Cyrillic, 21 cm x 14, 7 cm (8, 2'' x 5, 8''), January 20, 1937. Official letter issued to Klement Voroshilov, which consist of the following order: "I'm asking you to prepare the report for the commemorative meeting to mark the anniversary of Red Army and Navy". Signed in the conclusion in blue pencil by Stalin.
The document belonged to the reporter who interviewed Klement Voroshilov about Valery Mezhlauk, the document is also accompanied by som...e copies of telegrams and references about Mezhlauk, one sheet- the copy of the interview- is also signed by Klement Voroshilov (his initials only "KV").
