Beautiful piece. There is no makers mark on it so I can only date it according to other pieces I have found online. It'sfrom our family's estate but we're not clear about when they purchased it.
It measures 8 3/4" high to the top of the lid knob or 4 5/8" without the lid. The lid is 4" in diameter at it's widest sectionand the jar base measures 3 3/4" at the rim X 2 1/8" deep. It's a small jar that holds about 9 fluid oz.
Excellent condition; looks new with no signs of use.
