This general pouch is in used, please see photo's for condition. No rips or tears in the canvas. This has the shoulder strap. The internal strap has been cut. I...t is contract dated 1981. This pouch was most commonly used for storage of the .45 cal magazines. The WWII designed ammunition bag was used by the Special Forces for their .45 cal magazines.
