Here is the Patek Philippe Special Edition Phantom II, open dial eight day repeater display clock. This is a not a retail clock that's offered to the public but that is sold to the authorized watch dealers worldwide for their showrooms in order to promote their products with an elegant touch. If you're not an authorized watch re-seller you shouldn't be interested in this clock but if you're looking to add an exquisite and sophisticated timepiece for your home or office this is truly an outstanding work of art. The clock was difficult to photograph, especially the dial. I'm not a professional photographer, I did the best with what I have on a simply white background. All depending on the lighting source and the angle from which you stand will have an effect on the outcome of the gorgeous dials appearance. The best way to describe the dial is it has a metallic shimmer black like finish, it's brilliant and relfective with the Phantom II black finish. It is meant for the showrooms of the world’s finest watch dealers, but will certainly be the center of attention in any room you choose to display it. The clock has a manual wind, eight (8) day movement which is wound via the key which is included with the clock. The clocks heavy base is solid hardwood that is finished in the high polished midnight black lacquer, sometimes referred to as “piano finish”. The movement, supported by 4 white gold layered columns, is an incredible 11 jeweled masterpiece, complete with the repeater type bell strike, which marks off the time in quarter hours, half hours, and on the hour. The clock has the museum glass showcase enclosure case that is hallmarked with the a large calatrava cross on the back. This clock measures 12” by 10” by 8”. The clock is in mint condition, and is keeping perfect time.
