Rare...this lovely set of 2 original Ulmer Keramik planters are in very good condition, they were brought into the US by my Mother-in-Law who is from Germany. They are hand painted, made of ceramic and display what is referred to as the "green tree" pattern. The colors of the planters are various greens, some brown and light grey on an off white/cream base. They are marked made in Germany, not West Germany, which means that they are from the 1940's or earlier. T...hey each have #300/1 on the base. They measure about 5 1/8" in diameter at the widest point and are approximately 4" tall.
One pot has a small chip in the rim, please see the last photo, it is not very noticeable. Other than that I listed them with slight staining on the inside just to make sure that you as a Buyer are happy!
