Presidential hand signed Official Military Land Grant document dated January 25th, 1813 at the height of the War of 1812 on vellum in fair to good condition (as seen) measuring approx 12" x 9" in size from founding father (principle author of the US Constitution and Bill of Rights), President James Madison. Document is hand signed in lower right corner by President Madison. President Madison's signature is a tad light but visible.
