This is an original Burton Ales mirror sign and one of the biggest I have seen. With the original frame the dimensions are 40.5" wide x 28 5/8" tall.
Visible Mirror dimensions are: 35.5 wide x 23 5/8 high.
The mirror does not have any scratches or cracks to it but it seems like there is blemishes from the inner part of the mirror as you can see in the close-up photos around the edges and some light spots on the center left as ...well which is not very noticeable unless you look at it closely. The wood frame does have some light scuffing and wear on the edges.
The back side of the frame has two sawhooks for hanging.
