So if you want to play Metal Slug, you find the game from the included list, and set the dipswitches for that game. then turn on your MVS system, and the game boots up.This 138 in 1 multi cart has about 22 games the 161 in 1 is missing. This multi cart is hard to find at the moment.... This paired with the 161 in 1 and you almost have all the games for the MVS.
