Up for auction is this stunning Herend Hungary floral open weave two handled basket. The piece has a green body with a floral panel on the front. The sides and bottom edge have a multi colored floral design. The top of the basket has a reticulated two row open looped design. The double handle has a gold wrapped design. There are two small handles on the side. Edges, areas around the reticulated loops and side handles are trimmed in gold. Measur...es about 3 1/2 inches high X 3 inches wide. The hand painted piece is fully marked on the bottom, in blue, with the Herend Hungary 1946 paintbrush/shield logo. In nice condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Colors are clear and bright. A great piece in nice shape offered with NO RESERVE!!
