Dino Martens for Aureliano Toso filigrana fish sculpture model no. 5904, 1954. It is dark amethyst and white filigrana in clear glass on the body with applied fins of dark amethyst with internal gold flecks. The base is clear with gold flecks.
The fish measures approximately 8 1/2" high x 6" long x 2" thick. Base diameter is 4". It is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks, or repairs seen. Exceptionally clean and nice. There are some sharp edges on fins ...but exactly as made with absolutely no damage.There is a small speck of the amethyst color inside the glass on the white fin, as made and shown in the close-up of the fin.
Shipping to the USA only as insurance is unavailable to many countries for this auction.
