This inkwell is in very good condition (see all the pictures).
It measures 7 1/2" in length x 3" x 5 7/8" in height [19.2 cm x 7.5 cm x 14.9 cm]
It weighs 1 pound and 4.6 ounces [582 gr]
It is marked on the bottom "gallé nancy".
I noted a couple of abrasions of the glaze on the gold trim (see 5th and 7th pictures)
The ink container and its lid do not appear to be original.
