As above, I can find no mark, but the heavy glass has a faint blueish tint that I associate with some Orrefors pieces. An attractive modern crystal vase, good design, hard to photograph, and priced low because I cannot positively identify the maker. 8.5" both tall and wide, 3" front to back. Very heavy at 5 and a half pounds.
