Victorian Art Glass Blue & White Cased Satin Thorn Handle Ewer Vase Pitcher

This cased glass ewer measures approximately 5" tall and 4" wide. The exterior is blue on the top which gets lighter, and turns to white at the base. The interior is white and the handle is clear and frosted. There is a pontil on the base and the handle resembles a branch with thorns. This is an unusual form, like a ewer but without a lip for pouring. I don't know the maker or origin of this piece, but based on the style it likely dates from 1880's to the early 1900's. One of the thorn...s near the base of the handle has chipped off. Where the handle spreads over the body of the ewer, there are some small chips. Otherwise there is some surface wear and marks, but no other chips or cracks. Please see my pictures and thanks for looking!
