Named 1917 73rd Canadian Highlanders " Lt. J E Christie " Silver Vesta Case CEF

This is a unique silver match case name to an officer in the 73rd Canadian Highlanders. This case belonged to a Lt. J. E. Christie, who according to my research joined the 73rd in April of 1917 at the battle of Vimy Ridge.
The top of the case is engraved "J. Christie 73rd Canadian Highlanders", and the back of the inside is engraved "Hedgley, Aug.1917."
The vesta case was made by the Horton & Allday, and itself dates to 1917. It is in good working condition with no d...amage.
I acquired this in a collection of antique vesta cases which I currently have listed.
