This DL-sized greeting card features a highly detailed colour illustration of Tony Iommi's Jaydee SG Custom by George Morgan on the frontand on the rear a brief history of the guitar.The card is produced on 350 gsm card and supplied with a quality white envelope in a clear cellophane bag.
Tony Iommi's Jaydee Old BoyThe Old Boy was built around 1975 by John Diggins and soon became Tony’s main instrument on the road and in the studio.
Instantly recognisable with trademark cr...oss inlays and large patches of bubbled and peeling paint exposing bare wood, this distressed appearance is partly due to the construction having to be finished very quickly. As a result the coats of paint and finish did not have time to cure. Some time later the guitar was left in a hot car causing the finish to bubble, giving the guitar its’ unique appearance, familiar to all Black Sabbath fans.
