This listing is for a large EAPG celery vase. I do not know the manufacturer, year of manufacture or the pattern name at this time. It measures approximately 6 inches tall, 4 3/4 inches wide at the rim opening, about 3 1/8 inches at the base and it weighs in at 1 1/2 pounds. No chips, cracks or repairs noted however there are a couple tiny nicks - wear consistent with age and purpose. It does have a yellow-green color when under a black light so possibly fli...nt glass era. EXCELLENT antique condition! CONDITION: My items are antique, vintage, or collectible items purchased at estate sales and such therefore, pre-owned and most often used, so please expect some wear consistent with age and use. Wear can consist of tiny nicks and/or scratches either caused by utensils or stacking, browning and crazing of which I will usually indicate. All glass has been lightly washed although there still may be residue present.
Early American Pattern Glass (EAPG) made during the Victorian era (1850 to 1910) and glass up through the 1940's and 50's can have processing imperfections such as air bubbles, pin holes, streaks or straw marks, tool marks, rough seams, uneven bases or legs, inconsistent glaze coloring and misses - all of which was normal for glass made during these times. These manufacturing imperfections are not considered "damage". I am not an expert and I describe conditions in detail however I may miss something along the way. If you have any doubts please do not hesitate to contact me.
