This auction is for an antique sifter, small enough to be either a child's piece or a salesman's sample. It has its original screen, the cut edges of which peek through the top of the bottom band where it was fitted. Lots of old nails and oxidation, but there are no rips, tears or holes in the screen, which looks to be original. The wood does show some staining, visible in my photos, but there are no splits or damage. It measures 5 3/4" high by 2 1/2" high. ... Great little primitive piece in great original condition!
