Offered here today for your enjoyment and consideration is this lovely oval serving platter from the Summer Impressions Honeydew tableware pattern of Corelle by Corning Glass Co. Honeydew was a short lived Corelle pattern seemingly in production only for a bout one year in 1983. The pattern is now retired. Our platter measu...res about 12.25' long x 9.875" wide. Bottom marking includes the Corelle by Corning trademark and specifies the item not for use in broiler or on stove top.
You'll find this item to be in good vintage and used condition. Fully damage free, it suffers no chips or cracks. No stain, discoloration, or hard water deposits were found. Applied Honeydew decor is bright and fresh in appearance with no apparent loss or wear. Light surface wear is noted on the interior surface of the platter, commensurate with occasional use and likely some stacked storage of dishware in the cupboard. All in all it's a good looking piece of vintage tableware that presents well. We feel like it ought to easily please almost any hostess or collector.
