The original rubber or elastic bands on the masks are usually no longer good due to natural aging OR the band is not even there at all. NO GUARANTEE on the condition of the band ...OR that the band will even be present.CONDITION--box is excellent on the outside however the costume has interacted with the inside bottom leaving discoloration, the mask is a clean excellent to near mint but has a pushed in cheek (note it has flicker/flasher eyes!), costume's discoloration seems to be from the material itself used for the graphics of the bear otherwise solid condition, possibly only worn once
this character was a cereal box mascot in the early 1960s for General Mills Frosty Os, a sugar coated Cheerios type cereal, and most of these 1960s cereal character costumes are rare___________________________________________
