I am offering on Buy It Now a lovely hand painted plate from France. This vintage Elite Works Limoges plate is 8" across. It features a floral center in pink and white and a a borderof pink and white summer flowers and light green leaves. The fancy rim is slightly fluted and there is a row of raised gold dots surrounding the plate. It is double stamped on the back in pink and green.
