The bell & plate are both painted with a scene of a cardinal & evergreen trees. I believe this is a Fenton Bell cause the bottom is hard to read, but it looks like "Fen" It's a pretty satin mint color, not white as it appears in the pics. Hand painted by a Donna R. & reads, " 15 M" next to her name. Size: bell is 4 1/4 inches tall, the bottom of the bell is a tiny bit over 2 inches wide. The plate is 3.5 inches across.
