This is a very nice piece of vintage Imperial Glass in the Love Birds Pattern. It measures 6 1/4 inches tall, 5 inches across at the shoulder and the opening measures 3 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches from front to back. Because it is flat from front to back it is described as a pillow vase. We have seen several vases similar to ours described as "custard glass." We have checked it under black light and it does not light up so we are using the color category "ivory" ...as labeled by the Imperial Glass Company. We have provided 11 photos to give you a clear idea of the color and condition of the vase. We have tried, rather unsuccessfully, to capture the I over G mark used by Imperial Glass to identify this line. We have also used fresh flowers in two of the photos (not included!), so that you can get some idea of how many flowers the vase will hold and also the wide array of colors that can be used in the Ivory glass. The only flaw we have identified is what appears to be some glue residue from a vintage label that was once placed in the upper interior of the vase. This should be easy to remove.
