Nice semi porcelain / ironstone dinner plate decorated in the Clifton pattern in flow blue transferware. Marked Clifton W Grindley England on the back. This mark was used between 1891 to 1914.
Has wear to the gilding and usage wear consistent with age, and a poorly repaired chip to the edge. No additional chips or cracks.
Measures approximately 9 5/8 inches wide.
