Up for Sale is this Rare, Beautiful Post WWII Hand painted Ceramic Vase made in the German French Zone. The vase depicts a lovely landscape scene that shows a typical Germany home in the mountains with trees and shrubs at sunset (or dawn). The maker is unknown but possibly could be Schwarz and Waldhaus as it looks similar to that style.
The colors include black, shades of green, shades of orange and yellow. The condition is really nice considering its age. Please see pho...tos for an accurate depiction. Note the last photo that shows a tiny spot missing paint at the bottom. There is light crazing.
