Alfred Meakin Qty2 Calendar Plates w/Zodiak Signs 9” 1974 & 1975 EnglandEach center has afarm scene and bordering that is a calendar for each month with zodiacsigns. At the bottom of the scene itreads “God Bless Our House Throughout 1974 (1975).” They are in gently used, if not unused, condition with no scratches, chips, cracks, crackling, utensil marks or damagewith minimal wear, if any. On the backit reads “Alfred Meakin Staffordshire England A Hand Engr...aved Pattern AppliedUnder The Glaze Detergent And Acid Resisting Colours.” There is one tiny manufacturing defect on thebackside of this plate (see picture). Please see pictures for accurate description. Stand not included.As is standard with Englishchina, there may be small factory flaws such as tiny bits of ash andtransfer trapped under the glaze
