This is a lovely candy or soap dish. It is white fan shaped with gold trim and holly, berries and flowers on face. Marked P S, Germany. It also has a number 19., guessing this is artist mark. It is 1" tall and 5 7/8" across. It is in fair to good condition, there is color/gold loss and a couple chips on the lip.
