It is clearly marked on the bottom, "Rain Rain Go Away, Fitz and Floyd Classics, FF, Made in China."The piece is in excellent condition. No breaks or cracks were found. It measures approximately 8 3/4" long X 7" wide, and 8 1/2" tall.I do my best to describe items accurately.
