Norlund Hudson Bay Custom Bushcraft Axe. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.Thats all, folks... This is the last hatchet for a long time. Working on acquiring a proper work space. Ive done 25 or so Nurlunds, and feel glad to have reintroduced these fantastic heads back into circulation.This one is one ive used myself for some time. Cleaned it up a bit and re-polished the head. There are some small dings and scratches. The 15" haft is hand c...arved bocote wood, treated with boiled linseed oil only. The sheath is new and custom made by yours truly, fitted to this very axe. (Insert bottom of the bit first then slide in the top, its a snug fit). Hand sharpened, honed and stropped... It is razor sharp. Head was polished by hand as well. Good temper on this one, you can see the line goes over an inch back from the bit. Looots of life left in her. Fitment of the head is perfect.. Tight and right. This hatchet will last!
