What you see is what you get. Condition: Please use the zoom tool and examine crowns carefully. Crowns may have, dings, dents, dimples, discoloration, creases, scuffs, scratches, oxidation, fading, paint loss, paint residue, or other flaws. They could even be misshapen or have a hole although I try to point out a hole. It is not time-worthy to attempt to describe all the imperfections of a crown. Feel free to ask for additional images, if needed.Corks: The cork-lining in... crowns on auction may be intact, partially intact, missing, discolored, stained, fragmented, replaced, or loose. If you are particular about the cork, then ask questions before you bid.Skirts: I don't usually photograph the side(s) of a crown. I usually try to take the time to show a really bad spot, but sometimes time is short and I overlook it. If it is really important to you on a particular crown, ask for additional images.Reflared: Some crowns I receive in collections and trade stock I've bought have been re-flared. If you are the winning bid on a reflared crown, simply request in the note section of your Paypal payment and I will re-cap your crown on a bottle to eliminate the reflaring, keeping in mind a slight concaveness in the crown could result. Domestic S&H is $3.65. To Canada is $9.99 up to 8 ounces (approx. 45 cork caps). Other non-U.S. addresses, that I ship to, S&H is $12.99 up to 8 ounces (approx. 45 cork caps).
Shipping Time:FYI: I typically ship in 2-5 business days, however, I am now advertising my S&H time as 10 days just to give me a buffer for those occasions where I have 100-180 auctions ending on the same day. I still work full-time so shipping out that many auctions will take me more than five evenings, even working late nights. Some packages will ship in a couple business days, while others may ship in 5, 6 or possibly more business days. Due to the new Paypal policy of not refunding fees they charge to the buyer when a refund is made by the seller, I can only refund 90% of S&H when a buyer does not wait for a combined invoice.Example: The buyer pays for two auctions without waiting for a combined invoice and is charged $3.65 for domestic S&H for each of the two auctions for a total of $7.30.
