Original Description:
VINTAGE! THORSEN TOOLS, OAK, CA., 3/4" SOCKET SET IN ORIGINAL CASE WITH NO. 79 RATCHET. Socket sizes are 2", 1&13/16", 1&5/8", 1& 7/16", 1&1/4" & 1&1/16".  The ratchet is not 'reversible', it only works in one direction but 'turns-over' and the 'drive-square' is pushed thru to the other side to go in the opposite direction.  The original metal case, locks work as designed. There is a small hole in one bottom corner (see photo).  This set is from t...he estate of a retired USFS employee who also severed in WW2. What original paint left on the case the case is the original forest service or military green color. NOTE! The last photo is a close up of the 'lock' on the metal case! An interesting old lock company!
