Click images to enlarge Description Item: We have a nice solid vintage wooden Machinist Tool Chest!! We received this piece from a local estate. It was made by and is marked "H. Gerstner & Sons." The chest has one large top opening compartment and 11 drawers (different sizes). Inside the drawers is a green felt (see condition below). We do not have a key for the piece. A great piece to store your vintage tools. More neat stuff at our store! Size and Makeup: Approx. 16" tall, 20" long, and about 9 1/2" depth. Made of wood, and metal. Condition: The chest is as we received it from a local estate. We do not have the key. The felt inside some of the drawers will need to be replaced. The leather on the handle has one bad spot but is still intact. There is an old tool smell to the interior of the piece. Otherwise, the chest looks to be in good shape! First class is mailed in a pouch. USPS is mailed in a box, bubble wrapped, and padded with paper. Standard Mail and FEDEX shipments are double boxed and packed with packing peanuts. If you prefer the most secure shipping method we recommend Priority Mail, Standard Mail or FEDEX not First Class (please email us for a quote if not already stated). COMBINED SHIPMENTS are sent Standard Mail or FEDEX only (no matter what the auction may list as the shipper)!! Sometimes we can ship multiple item purchases cheaper through Standard Mail or FEDEX than it would cost to ship 1 or 2 items by USPS Priority Mail. NOTE: Occasionally Ebay shipping calculator is wrong and the shipping amount is incorrect and undercharges. Since Ebay won't cover the error, we will have to send you a separate invoice for the difference. If it is only a couple dollars we will cover it.
