For your consideration is this 1930s Stunt Clown Motorcycle. Made by Mettoy in England. Completely made of tin except for the clown's head which is made of composition. Very nice lithography. It is propelled by a wind up mechanism. Approximate dimensions are 7 1/2 inches long by 5 inches tall.
Wind up mechanism does not work. The shaft the key connects to is broken. Mechanism moves freely when I move it with my hand. Toy is in very good condition with no other damage than moderate a...ge wear and scratching. No other damage.
Excellent piece sold with no reserve to the highest bidder. This motorcycle does not pop up very frequently.
