Here we have a vintage EPC Silver Ice Bucket with markings on the bottom.
Item says vacuum sealed and comes with the tongs! These buckets come up from time to time but they rarely have the tongs.
Great silverplate item, marked on the bottom (I am unsure of who the maker is.)
