Looking After Your JewelleryAlchemy England pewter products are each hand-made from the finest quality English Pewter, which, like silver, may naturally tarnish dependent upon the conditions to which it is subjected. This may easily be polished to a brilliant, high lustre, 'antiqued' patina finish with 'Silvo' polishing wad, (in an emergency, tooth powder or similar can be used). Returns policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 30 days. All clothing and footwear items need to be returned unworn, undamaged in its original plastic/box packaging and in a condition fit for resale.All ornamental items need to be returned in its original box with all polystyrene packaging intact and in a state fit for resale (Unless the item arrives to you damaged and you have stated this is the reason for return).All other items need to be returned unused, undamaged and in original cellophane packaging in a resale-able condition.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings or underwear once they have been tried on or worn.
